Yes, I do use photoshop. ^-^ When you say highlights, do you mean by glow outside Dark?

Oh that! Sorry, but I didn't draw Dark XP I extracted him from a background. I did the wings by mouse. I did everything on photoshop.

Just wanted to say that your images are actually in the category "indy art", otherwise known as "doujinshi" (art you have drawn yourself of a particular series, or your original drawings :3) ^^ You must have probably thought that because you scanned the images in, they are scans~ but scans are actually images from official artbooks etc. ^^
